Istanbul Cyanotypes

Architecture and details from Istanbul, reinterpreted as handmade cyanotypes. The city’s windows, ornament, and domes become shapes in deep blue, while the paper texture and brush marks give each print its own character.

Making these prints is another way of revisiting the places I have photographed, paying attention to details through a different process.
