San Francisco Cyanotypes

San Francisco photographs take on a different character as cyanotypes. This collection brings together details from the Golden Gate Bridge and portraits from Halloween in the Castro, printed in deep blue with the texture and hand-coated edges of the paper.

Working with a familiar photograph in this way gives me another chance to look at its shapes, light, and expression.
